Call the STK Push or B2C API. The moment a request is initiated, the corresponding fee is deducted from your service wallet balance.

The payment processes on M-Pesa. You receive a webhook callback with the final status. Your wallet balance updates in real time.

STK Push fees are deducted at initiation. Transactions of KES 1–9 are always free. Transactions of KES 10 and above are charged a flat KES 1 — regardless of amount. Your wallet must hold sufficient balance before a request can be submitted.
The Service Wallet
Your service wallet is a dedicated balance that exists solely to cover transaction fees. It is separate from the funds your customers send — funded by you, used only to pay Palpluss processing fees.
Top up at any time from the dashboard. There is no minimum balance to create an account, but your wallet must hold sufficient balance before any transaction can be initiated.
